🚲 Delivery order

After preparation, the order is handed to an assigned courier. Courier notification, pickup confirmation and delivery status synchronization are subject to integration verification.

🛍️ Customer pickup

After preparation, the customer collects the order directly. This branch does not require a courier.

Important: This page describes the business process and separates confirmed interface behavior from intended future automation. It is not evidence that every courier event or consumer app flow is currently operational.
Step-by-step guide

How a commercial order is processed

Customer chooses a business

The customer discovers a business through its digital storefront or a supported consumer application, browses the catalogue and submits an order.

Manager reviews the new order

In Order Management, the business sees incoming orders and can open details, accept or cancel. The New Orders, Accepted, Preparing and Ready columns make the queue visible.

Staff prepare the items

Preparation Workstation shows Upcoming, In progress and Preparation completed. Staff use preparation controls to record item progress. Order status remains controlled by Order Management.

Business confirms readiness

When preparation is complete, Order Management can mark the order ready for pickup or dispatch. Preparation completion and order readiness are related but distinct states.

Courier or customer collects

Delivery orders proceed through the courier handoff; pickup orders proceed to customer collection. Automated courier-ready notifications and status propagation require verification.

Close and reconcile

Confirm fulfillment, review payment and accounting information as appropriate. Payment authorization, settlement, refunds and ledger posting follow their own controls and must not be inferred solely from order readiness.
