These Terms govern access to and use of the eStoreBridge websites, applications and business-management services.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for managing access granted to your staff.

2. Business use

Merchants are responsible for the products and services they offer, their prices, taxes, customer relationships and compliance with laws applicable to their business.

3. Orders and payments

eStoreBridge provides software for receiving and managing orders and payments. A merchant remains responsible for fulfilling customer orders, refunds and other obligations arising from its sales.

Online payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their services may be subject to additional terms.

4. Business and accounting tools

Accounting, inventory, reporting and analytical functionality is provided as business software. Merchants remain responsible for reviewing their records and for obtaining appropriate professional accounting, tax or legal advice where required.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, use it unlawfully, or use another person's account without permission.

6. Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, modify or replace parts of the service. Although we aim to provide a reliable service, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, non-payment, legal compliance or protection of the service and its users.

8. Account closure

Users may request account deletion or closure as described on our Account deletion page. Certain transaction, accounting or legal records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate compliance obligations.
